Toyota launched the ninth-generation Camry last year, giving the popular sedan a makeover. It launched with four trims, and now Toyota is adding a fifth—the Nightshade Edition is back.
The Nightshade Edition adds an assortment of visual upgrades. It wears special 19-inch wheels, black badging, and black accents. The grille, door handles, side canards, mirror caps, rear diffuser, and spoiler are all Midnight black metallic. The trim is only available in Ice Cap white, Supersonic red, or Midnight black.

Toyota is also offering a new exterior color called Dark Cosmos. The company describes it as a “sultry, hazy blue color.” However, if you want it, it’s only available on the SE, XLE, and XSE grades.
The Nightshade joins the LE, SE, XLE, and XSE trims that are already available. All five trims are available in front or all-wheel-drive configurations, and the only powertrain available is Toyota’s 2.5-liter four-cylinder hybrid. It makes 225 horsepower in FWD models and 232 hp in AWD sedans, the same as last year.
Toyota says the 2026 Camrys will begin arriving at dealers this summer. It plans announce the pricing for the lineup closer to the car’s on-sale date. The entry-level 2025 Camry starts at $32,135 (all prices include the $1,135 destination charge) while the XSE at the top of the range starts at $36,035.
